First United Medical Services Company (FUMEDCO) was founded in 2003 and became a subsidiary of MNAF3 Arabia Group of companies in 2008 operating in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In 2011, the strategic direction was changed to focus on the rapidly expanding medical and health sector, providing highly specialized medical equipment and healthcare consumables. Target market shifted towards Public and Government Sector healthcare (larger and more specialized services).

In 2012, FUMEDCO H.O. moved to Riyadh, establishing ā€œsatelliteā€ operations in Jeddah and Dammam cities to provide national coverage.
